Couldn’t bear to see….
As the header said “I couln’t bear to see….” when two baby sharks will end up on someone’s dinner table. Especially when they are alive. Too bad I didn’t have a salt water tank or it will end up in my tank till they’re fit to jump back into the sea. Seriously, the taught did came into my mind to use my brother’s tank.
The fisherman was kind enough sell to me for $5.00 bucks for two, so I ended up purchasing them, took them back to the sea, help them breath again for the next 20 – 30 mins until they’re fit to go.. Hope that they are ok though.
Only to realise that, I nearly taught my iphone to swim together with my soak wallet. Luckily wifey was there to take these items away from me as the waves kicks in.
Later in the night, around 10pm, I went back to check if the sharks were push back to the shore. Just to check so I could sleep better at night.
If you ask me if I’ll do it again, Yes!!, I would purchase any sharks if they’re alive. I haven’t see sharks for a long time during my dive but this time, I get to touch live ones!!!. Not that I am an expert in them but to see these beautiful creatures on a dinner table, I could just lose my appetite.. So guys, don’t ever serve me shark fin..
hehehe…. Discovery Channel and Nat Geo channel do work for my brains. Once I saw that you can’t throw a shark into the water straight away after being out of the water for a long time. You need to help them out until they start kicking.
It was an honor for me on Sunday, to be able to see, touch and help these two baby sharks..
